About the Staff
Hailing from the Hoosier State, Jess developed a passion for live music seeing her grandfather, member of Aldridge & Brock perform regularly growing up. After graduating from Purdue University, Jess made her way south to Music City and continued her education at Belmont University, where she got connected and looped into songwriting. Through songwriting, Jess developed a passion for all things music business and garnering artist's exposure and booking shows. Working for labels such as Big Machine and Rustic Records, Jess brings experience, passion, and outside of the box thinking to the KCA family. When she isn't writing songs or perfecting the air guitar, Jess is outdoors exploring, playing sports, or surrounded by a large body of water.
